Refund policy

Every MARWAH piece is made to order for you alone. Nothing is manufactured until you approve your CAD design and your initial deposit is received.

Before production begins: you may stop at any time and your deposit is fully refundable.
Once production begins: your deposit and order are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

Final review: before shipment you review photos and video of your finished piece, and the remaining balance is due after that review.

Damaged or incorrect pieces: if your piece arrives damaged, or differs from your approved CAD design, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marwahdiamonds@gmail.com with photos. We will send you a prepaid return label. After we receive and inspect the piece, we will repair or remake it. Minor variations in hand finishing within normal jewelry tolerances are not a difference from your approved design.

Resizing: We do not offer resizing. Please confirm your ring size with a local jeweler before ordering. Most rings can be resized by a local jeweler. Some designs, such as eternity bands, cannot be resized.
