Shipping policy

Every MARWAH piece is crafted at our manufacturing house in Surat, India. Production takes about 10 days after your CAD design is approved and your 60% deposit is received, followed by about 10 days of fully insured, tracked delivery: approximately 20 days in total. Actual timing may vary.

Shipping, import duties and taxes are included in your quote, so there are no additional fees at delivery. Before shipment, you review photos and video of your finished piece. The remaining 40% balance is due after that review, before your piece ships.

For international delivery, email marwahdiamonds@gmail.com and we will arrange it with you.
